InstaPay — InstaPay (an Amber Group company) is a South African payment gateway that pairs online collections with interest-bearing investment accounts, so balances held between collection and payout earn rather than sit idle — useful where an estate or body corporate holds funds.
Openitem Access Control uses it through Electronic Payments: a resident or visitor books and pays for access or a facility in the app, and the payment confirmation releases a digital credential — a QR code or PIN — valid for the booked period.
