EcoFlux — EcoFlux is a South African utility and building-performance platform. It meters electricity, water, solar generation, boreholes, heat pumps and generators across a site, reconciles what each unit used against the bulk supply, and turns that into resident billing and financial reporting in one place.
Openitem Access Control carries the identities EcoFlux bills against. A unit's residents, tenants and vehicles are already maintained in Openitem through Tenant & Rental Manager, so a change of occupant reaches the meter reading and the invoice without being captured twice. Where an estate collects through the app, Electronic Payments settles the utility charge alongside levies and facility bookings.
