Dwellowize — Dwellowize is a resident home wallet. A household tops it up online and draws prepaid electricity and water from it, sees what it has spent, and manages the whole account from a phone rather than queuing at a vendor or waiting on an estate office.
The wallet works on the same resident record Openitem Access Control already holds, so the person topping up is the person the estate recognises at the gate. Estates that collect in-app pair it with Electronic Payments, which settles utility top-ups beside levies, bookings and visitor passes under one payment method.
