CiMSO INNkeeper
CiMSO INNkeeper is the hotel and resort management software at the centre of CiMSO's integrated ERP suite for the hospitality and leisure industries. Built for reservations, lodging PMS, leasing and timeshare, INNkeeper runs the front desk and the back office for hotels, resorts, lodges, game reserves, apartments and hotel schools. CiMSO supports 670 data platforms with servers installed in 15 countries.
REST SUITE — RESERVATIONS AND LODGING: INNkeeper carries reservations, guest management and the lodging PMS, alongside HOUSEkeeper for cleaning and servicing and REALtor for real estate, mall, timeshare and leasing.
PLAY SUITE — GOLF, SPA AND ACTIVITIES: GOLFmanager for tee bookings and green fees, SPAscheduler for spa and hydro wellness, and ACTIVities for scheduling leisure activities — the modules that matter where a club and a lodge share one property.
LIVE SUITE — FOOD, BEVERAGE AND RETAIL: RESTaurateur for restaurant and bar point of sale, SHOPkeeper for retail point of sale and EVENTmanager for events and conferencing, each with stock control behind it.
FINANCE AND BACK OFFICE: BACKoffice carries accounting through to balance sheet under GAAP, IAS and IFRS, with accounts receivable and payable, inventory and procurement, and an asset register.
